In that spirit, I re-envisioned Ivy Sea, and authored quite a few things, including the critically acclaimed 'right-livelihood entrepreneur's guide', Big Vision, Small Business (Berrett-Koehler Publishers).

I'm researching my next book now on a topic near and dear to my heart – Wisdom, that gorgeous, pulsing, Love-filled Life Force, features prominently, in all of her juicy, graceful, colorful, audacious, fiery, fiercely loving, unapologetically Feminine Way. Oh so delicious and powerful.

For many years (when it was still a 'fringe' idea!), I published, and worked with clients in big and small organizations, on conscious communication and mindful organizational change, and shifting to models of socially and spiritually conscious enterprise. Now I'm weaving even more 'engaged spirituality' and Wisdom into that work, to encourage individuals and organizations to make the leap from fear, scarcity and planet-plundering to a way of being marked by grace, loving-kindness, higher possibility, and connection. A real change of heart and mind.
