Ivy SeaZine - Moving From Fear to Grace
Greetings!
I'm delighted to share an inspiring audio conversation that I had recently with Lynda Terry, author, meditation teacher, and founder of Vessels of Peace.
Lynda has also been an inspiring mentor of mine during periods of great change, letting go, and emergence into a new chapter of life and livelihood. I know you'll find the wisdom we share in this conversation very valuable right now.
Lynda and I opened this conversation with a question: "With all that is happening in the world and in individual lives -- so much change and transition, so much uncertainty -- what insights and practices for navigating fearsome times and anxiety provoking transition or uncertainty with grace and wisdom?
What helps us to shift away from the fear and anxiety that take us away from our center, intuition, and best decision-making, and towards a more graceful, intuitive, spacious place where things resolve and flow more gracefully?
Jamie
Put on your headphones, relax, and listen in on the conversation...
Joyful Blessings,

hi Jamie… link doesn't work :( try again please? hugs
Thanks, Nicole. Amazing what one little ol’ letter will do. ;) I gave it a dry run and it’s working now. Enjoy!
Blessings,
Jamie
thanks! great interview!
(Jamie, what a lovely voice you have!) Thank you for this interview! It is wondrous to hear Lynda's practices and wisdom; yes we need to come together, share experiences, offer support and insight to each other; to be of service collectively. I agree, this is pretty potent stuff! We sometimes stumble get thrown off into fear, but yes something rises up a bit more quickly—with practice!—to remind us that there are greater things at work, we are not alone.
And, yes, there are many ways, not merely ones aligned with spiritual traditions, that help us come within: to the stillness, peace, and beauty of who we really are. Is not such a grace the feminine side of the divine?
Thank you both. I'm glad you enjoyed the interview. Lynda and I may be doing several other audios together like this, and I'll share those here, too.
Yes, very dear Willow-in-the-Wind, my Sister in Sophia … such a grace is, for me, the feminine side of the Divine. :)
You wrote, “We sometimes stumble get thrown off into fear, but yes something rises up a bit more quickly - with practice - to remind us that there are greater things at work, we are not alone.”
So true, and practice helps us to build this gnosis of 'evidence for Grace', just as the invitation we extend to it also seems to open the way.
